At Baba Design, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1 . Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

The product received is damaged during transit.
The product received is defective.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product significantly differs from the order placed.

To be eligible for a return:

The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, packaging, invoices, and accessories must be intact.

2 . Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or made-to-order products
Altered or tailored products
Products purchased during clearance or special sale events
Gift cards or promotional vouchers
Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or washing

3 . Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

Reason for Return
Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

Return requests can be submitted via:

Our team will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

4 . Return Approval

Once your return request is approved:

We may arrange a pickup through our courier partner where available.
If pickup service is unavailable, the customer may be requested to ship the product to our designated return address.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

5 . Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after:

The returned product is received and inspected.
The return is approved by our quality team.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for purchase.

Estimated refund timelines:

UPI/Wallet Payments: 3–7 business days
Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
Net Banking: 5–10 business days

Actual processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

6 . Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

Another size (subject to availability)
Replacement of damaged or defective items

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

7 . Shipping Charges for Returns

If the Return is Due to:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product
Manufacturing defect

Baba Design will bear the return shipping cost.

If the Return is Due to:
Customer preference
Incorrect size selected by customer
Change of mind

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, subject to approval of the return request.

8 . Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Claims made after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

9 . Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped and will be subject to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

10 . Refund Rejection

Refunds may be denied if:

The returned product shows signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
Original tags or packaging are missing.
The return request falls outside the specified return period.
The product is categorized as non-returnable.

11 . Color and Product Variations

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However:

Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings, photography lighting, and device displays.
Such minor variations shall not be considered defects or grounds for return.
